We do punk rock pastry. Here’s what that means:
We stand by our ethics.
Our mission is to make good food in ways that support the local economy and the earth. When we opened shop in 2005, we used local, sustainable, and organic ingredients to do it. And we still do it today.
Boundaries are there to be pushed.
We don’t just make a chocolate chip cookie. We don’t just make a brownie. We put our expertise, creativity, and inspiration into every single thing we bake. Sure, we’re here to please—but we’re also out to change perceptions of traditional baking.
Everyone gets to play.
Organic food shouldn’t be a luxury. And people with allergies or dietary restrictions shouldn’t have to go without good pastry. We price our food based off the prices we pay for ingredients, and we bake for everyone.
We give back.
We rely on our peers to help make our business happen. In return, we partner with local farms, organizations, and businesses to do good things for our community. See who we work with
