Mercy Housing Lakefront
is a part of Mercy Housing which is a
national organization that provides
affordable housing in several states throughout the country. Mercy Housing Lakefront provides supportive housing to formerly homeless individuals and families and to those in need of affordable housing. We are unique because we provide property management and case management services on site. We have 15 locations throughout the Chicago area.

Bleeding Heart Bakery supports the Mercy Housing and all of it's efforts by donating food directly to the people that need it most.
